We are looking for entry level consultants with a degree in computer science or business computer science. We offer challenging tasks in the consulting business and many opportunities to grow professionally and personally. Our consulting practices specialize in two areas: business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM). These areas belong to the most innovative areas in IT industry and offer the opportunity to get familiar with many different key processes and technologies. We provide you with a mentor who will guide you through the first months in your new position as well as the necessary training to prepare for your task on site in customer projects.

From a technical perspective, you should have experience with data modelling in a relational database system.. You know some basics about UI configuration and you are familiar with Unix and Windows operating systems. Ideally you even had some exposure to Visual Basic and/or JavaScript or some basic Java knowlegde.

You like to be part of a team and to communicate openly. You feel comfortable with the idea of working onsite in a customer project, initially together with an experienced colleague, gathering, analyzing and implementing requirements. You are willing to assume responsibility quickly.
