Marcus B. Schmelzer, MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD, People at Work Systems AG Marcus B. Schmelzer has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry where he held many executive management positions at Siebel Systems, Vitria Technology, Oracle/nCube, Teradata/AT&T and Unisys. Schmelzer started Siebel Systems in 1996 in Central Europe (pre Siebel IPO) as General Manager and Managing Director from scratch and developed this organisation into a multi-million operation with many Fortune 500 companies as customers.
After Siebel he managed Vitria Technologies' European operations as VP EMEA where he developed the organisation from scratch into a profitable operation with subsidaries in UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy. Schmelzer studied computer sciences in Munich/Augsburg and visited the executive MBA program in Cranfield/UK . |

Uwe Ritter, MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD, People at Work Systems AG Uwe Ritter can look back on more than 25 years IT experience. After achieving his degree in computer science in Ulm in 1983 he joined Dornier System GmbH in Friedrichshafen as a systems development engineer where he worked for more that two years. From 1985 to 1990 he worked with Nixdorf Computer AG within the international product marketing for Nixdorf's Unix Systems managing the International Targon Support Group.
In 1990 he changed to Oracle Deutschland GmbH where he managed the Technical Marketing Division from 1991 to 1996. In the same year Ritter joined Marcus Schmelzer as one of four founding members of Siebel System's central euoropean operations. During the first years with Siebel he built the local sales consulting and marketing operations from scratch. Then he worked in various management assignments in Siebel's product marketing organisation, finally as an Executive Director being responsible for Siebel's technology base in the european market. Uwe Ritter joined the People at Work Systems AG as a member of the Executive Board on January 1st, 2004. He oversees Product Management, Consulting, and Engineering related activities. |

LIESEL KLOKKERS , VICE PRESIDENT CONSULTING, People at Work Systems AG Liesel Klokkers holds a degree of computer sciences from the university of Bonn and started her career at Oracle Deutschland GmbH where she worked as a specialist for Oracle databases on distributed platforms. After changing to the Oracle headquarters in the USA she assumed world wide responsibility for Oracle products on IBM SP2 platforms.
1996 she moved to Siebel Systems where she initially took care of the first german localized version of the product. After her return to Germany she joined the local management team in building the Siebel Systems central european organization. She focussed on system consulting and assumed several management positions. At last she worked as the Director Solutions Consulting where she built and managed a pan european team of technical specialists. Liesel Klokkers joined People at Work Systems AG in March 2006 as the Director, Solutions Center, which builds expert level, tailored solutions for our customers. |

SEVIN ULUKUT, DIRECTOR SALES, People at Work Systems AG Sevin Ulukut looks back on 25 years of professional experience in the IT industry. He studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and started his career as consultant and project manager at Burroughs Corporation. After this he worked with PCS GmbH as a Product Manager where he was responsible for the succuessful market launch of Germany's first UNIX system named CADMUS.
In 1986 he startet his sales acreer at Unisys and developed multi million projects at top customers in Sales Director and Branch Manager positions. Prior to his start with People at Work Systems he was Bussiness Unit Manager Systems Sntegration at Haitec AG and Managing Director at Qualysoft GmbH. |
