People at Work Systems AG ACQUIRES antalasso GmbH Munich- September 1st, 2004. People at Work Systems AG announces the acquisition the acquisition of the webconferencing specialist antalasso GmbH. This has been agreed between the People at Work Systems Executive Board and the antalasso shareholders making People at Work Systems AG the only owner of antalasso GmbH.

antalasso's main product is express, a system for webconferencing and desktop application sharing. Using antalasso express every PC user can now show all working documents and applications in a live presentation accross the intranet or the internet. It's easy - just press one button. It's secure - we are using the same encryption methods which are used for online banking as well. All non-presenters in the audience just need a normal web browser. They can see all changes to the documents which are made by the session host in real-time and even follow the mouse pointer.

It is difficult to discuss complex matters on the telephone. Especially when an organization needs to agree on e.g. content and layout of documents. In the past this required real life meeting or e-mail to send the most recent document versions back and forth. With express this happens over the internet and in real time. Using express organizations can not only work more effective but they also save time and expenses for redundant travel activities and redundant process steps.
