People at Work GROUP ACQUIRES Software And Assets OF THE Community MarkEt LEADER cassiopeia INC. Munich, July, 21st 2003
The People at Work Group announces the acquisition of the assets of cassiopeia AG.
The contract has been closed between the insolvency administrator of cassiopeia AG, attorney at law Mr. Jaffé, and the People at Work Group. People at Work is taking over all essential assets, in particular the source codes as well as all brands, trademarks and Internet domains.
Within the People at Work Group a new company was initiated (People at Work Systems Inc. in the course of foundation) to take over the software rights and to develop the software. Meanwhile the new company has ensured the development and support.

We particularly plan to actively market the business communities area interacting with the People at Work sales method.
